The Bee who was Allergic to Flowers

This was my MA Illustration final project. The concept for this picture book had been forming in my mind for years so having the opportunity to bring it to life was a lot of fun!

Honey is a bee who is allergic to flowers; she feels hopeless and without purpose until her hive rally round her to find her an alternate job to do and bring value to her community. A story of friendship and inclusivity and a reminder that it’s OK to be different.
